Using the reformer machines, we combine dynamic, functional movements to creative a full body workout that will work with strength, flexibiliy, coordination and balance. Adding elements from other exercise disciplines and challenging you with spring tensions, the result is an intense and demanding workout to achieve muscle fatigue.
