Aerial Relaxation is a gentle and restorative 30‑minute class designed to release tension, calm the mind, and relax the body using a soft aerial hammock. This class focuses on slow, supported movements, deep stretching, and mindful breathing, allowing the body to decompress while floating comfortably off the ground.

Socks are mandatory for this class.
